IN this era, we are not caring for our body health, we have no time for physical activity.we are busy in chasing our dreams. other also factors- mobiles, laptops, and have become slaves of techno-gadgets, in this way we are losing our precious life. this becomes a direct reason for many diseases like high blood pressure, stress, tiredness, hearts problems, anxiety. so we have one simple activity mediation as yoga. yoga is an art which makes you smart.
